• Participants must be registered with USA Hockey for the 2024-25 season. If not, click HERE to register.
• Player names and check-in times for both HP 14 and HP 15 Tryouts will be posted on the WAHA home page on or before Sunday March 16th
• Skater Tryout fee $165 is for the defenseman and forwards and $140 for the selected goalies from the Pre-Goalie tryouts.
• Use debit card, credit card or a visa gift card to register for the tryout.
• NO WALK-INS. NO CASH OR CHECKS ACCEPTED. IF A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD IS NOT POSSIBLE, PLEASE USE A VISA GIFT CARD TO REGISTER ONLINE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Skater registration numbers for each tryout location are limited at all positions (Goalie, Defense & Forwards), therefore the total number of players in each tryout are not unlimited.
• Skaters must try-out for the position they registered for - No exceptions.
• All registered players for these tryouts are not allowed to switch their playing position at check-in.

Approximately 33 Wisconsin players at birth-year 2011 (4G, 11D, 18F) will be selected directly from the WAHA HP 14 Skater Tryout at Stevens Point. They will join other players from IL, IA, KS, MO and NE for the USAH Central District High Performance 14 Camp June 15-20 at Iowa State University in Ames Iowa with no further steps. Players that are selected for this camp will be posted on the www.centraldistricthockey.org (homepage). Player families will be able to click their player’s name and pay their camp fee online ($850) to hold their spot in the camp. No further steps after this camp concludes.

Approximately 20 players from Wisconsin at birth-year 2010 (2G, 7D, 11F) will be selected directly from the WAHA HP 15 Skater Tryout at Waupaca on March 21-23 to compete against other players from IL, MO, IA, KS and NE at the Central District HP 15 Festival on May 16-18 at Green Bay to be selected to the USA Hockey National Player Development Select 15 Camp. USAH National Select 15 Camp dates and location will be posted on the front page when available. A list of WAHA players moving on to the Central District HP 15 Festival will be posted at www.centraldistricthockey.org after the tryout is over and player families will be able to click their player’s name and pay their tryout fee ($185) online to hold their spot in the Central District HP 15 (2010) Tryout on May 16-18 at Green Bay. All further instructions, hotel details and tryout report times for this tryout will also be posted at www.centraldistricthockey.org. The weekend tryout schedule will be posted after all the players check-in at the tryout in Green Bay on May 16th.

Players that are ultimately get selected from the Central District HP 15 (2010) Festival to attend the USA Hockey National Player Development Select 15 Camp will be posted at www.centraldistricthockey.org  and USA Hockey will handle all communications going forward.
