The HP 15 Festival will be held May 10-12 at the I’m On Ice Arena, 1100 Roadford Rd SW, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52401. The 2009 player names and Check-In times for Friday May 10th will be posted on or before Sunday evening May 5th. Check-in times begin at 4 pm on Friday May 10th. There are only 2 check-in times per birth-year and they are close together. Players will have one scrimmage on Friday night, one scrimmage on Saturday morning, and one scrimmage on Saturday afternoon or early evening. The weekend schedule and rosters will be posted at the rink after player check-in is completed on Friday May 10th The Sunday All Star game rosters will be posted on Saturday evening after all the scrimmages are over.
